The SSNIP (Subsidized Spay Neuter Incentive Program) program through the Caddo Parish Commission and Robinson’s Rescue, provides FREE spay and neutering for the pets of qualifying individuals.  If you qualify for services at a Food Pantry, you likely qualify for the SSNIP program.
